OUR MISSION

At Page Art Projects, our mission is to empower artists to elevate their work, careers, and successes. Operating in a dual role as both artist advisor and studio manager, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive support for artists. We tailor our services to include strategy, administrative support, and whatever is best needed to ensure artists stay on track, accountable, and focused on their creative journey.

Artists turn to us when they recognize the need to level up, finding themselves plateaued or in a creative rut and ready to invest in their own success. With a proven track record spanning 15 years, we have successfully guided artists in various stages of their careers, fostering innovative artwork concepts and facilitating opportunities such as securing grants and exhibitions.

Our approach is rooted in collaboration, partnership, and advocacy. Unlike artist agents focused on securing new representation or artist coaches who offer solely advice/guidance, we see ourselves as collaborators, partners, and champions of our clients. Our extensive network of industry professionals and artists worldwide, coupled with years of experience, positions us to not only guide but actively contribute to the journey of each artist.

At Page Art Projects, the success of our clients is as important as our own. We are committed to being the driving force that helps artists stay the course, break barriers, and continually level up in their artistic endeavors.

ABOUT ERIN

photo: Tim Hardy

Hi, I’m Erin Page, a passionate supporter of contemporary art. I believe in artists, from emerging to established, that dedicate their careers to advancing contemporary art forward and producing the work that reflects our culture and time. I was raised in a home surrounded by sculpture, paintings and installations. Much of my childhood was spent in my mother’s art gallery, watching the interactions between artist and dealer, the celebrations, hardships, and the perseverance.

Fostered in this upbringing, I come to you as a multi-faceted arts professional with over fifteen years of experience. I have curated private collections, managed professional artists, identified emerging talent, and continue to hold a sharp eye on the pulse of contemporary art. I regularly visits galleries, museums, artist studios and art fairs worldwide.

As an artist advisor and representative, I place a strong emphasis on helping artists not only with career support and business development but also in discovering their authentic artistic practice and enhancing the quality of their work. My candid approach has empowered numerous artists to discover better ideas, refine their practices, and achieve remarkable success in their artistic journeys.

As a private art consultant, I take a curatorial approach to my work. I carefully consider the unique interests and preferences of each client I serve, seeking to strike a balance between market relevancy and the aesthetic value of the art. This approach ensures that my clients not only make informed investment decisions but also build collections that resonate with their personal tastes and passions.

Originally from the Midwest, I currently live and work in San Diego, CA with my daughter, our dog and one very finicky cat.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY

Some of the highlights that Erin has accomplished for me are a permanent museum placement, public art placements, expansion into new markets and overall elevation of professionalism coming out of my studio. She keeps me motivated, organized and helps me make sound decisions on my career. She has over ten years of experience working in the fine art industry and brings a unique perspective and passion to her commitment of assisting artists reach their full potential. She is also an excellent communicator, extremely organized and hard-working. I recommend her fully if you are ready to take your career to the next level.

  • Matt Devine, sculptor, Hubbard, OR

A few years ago we made one of the smartest business decisions of collaboration and began working with Erin. When we look back at where we were when we first started with her and where we are now, the transformation is really incredible. Erin has helped us with our online presence, new contacts, a complete inventory system, gallery and commission contracts, applications for public art, exhibition proposals, crucial feedback and direction on new work and we are still not done listing what she has helped us with!!! She is amazing. It is hard to realize you need help, to find good help and give away some control but Erin has made it all easy and so worth it.

As an artist I always wanted some insight into the back end of the industry. I had spent my life making art but I knew very little of the art industry as a whole. Talking with Erin is like day one of Art 101: The deals being made, the work that is selling, why certain artists get signed, what galleries look for emerging artists, what galleries look for mid-career and established artists, how to level up your presentation, how to present yourself online, how to present yourself on social media, how to organize and track your career, solutions for creating, shipping, and install, contracts with galleries, contracts for commissions, and what to avoid. Erin has the inside view of how things work in our industry and relationships with an expansive network that includes galleries, artists, dealers, curators, and collectors.

  • Patrick DeAngelis, oil painter, San Diego, CA

I’ve known Erin since well before she started her company as she had been a director at a gallery I showed with. At first, I wasn’t sure I really needed her services as I kept thinking I could handle the paperwork and management of the studio myself. However, now that she has been working with me for several years, I spend so much more time creating in the studio. I don’t stress about emails, paperwork and logistics like I used to and for many things I just monitor the transactions happening with galleries and let her take care of logistics and set up shipping, she responds to emails that I don’t have to be personally involved with. More so, she solves problems before I can think of a solution.

I think back to before I was working with her and my life had a level of chaos that is now gone. She has become indispensable and it helps me be a better artist.

  • James Austin Murray, oil painter, New York, NY

Erin has been instrumental in helping me grow my art career for the past two years. Through our collaboration, she has helped me to lay down the foundation that is necessary to actually represent yourself as a professional artist. She has improved my website, created strategies to increase exposure, helped me to archive my past work, increased my network and is the person that keeps me on track and accountable. She is very easy to work with and at the same time straight to the point and highly effective during meetings. I am eager to continue working with her.

When I began working with Erin, I quickly realized that she was the professional who could manage and enhance my studio business, allowing me to focus on what I most loved and wanted: the freedom to create my best work while being mostly unencumbered by the disparate nature and complex workings of making a living as an artist.

I had had help before but it was a sea change when Erin and I began to work together.  It was as if a huge burden was lifted from my shoulders and there was freedom and confidence in its place. Erin’s correspondence with collectors and queries is several levels higher than my best work – clear, professional, accurate, efficient and kind. I felt my presence in the art world was immediately elevated.  She always steers me in a growth direction when timely and appropriate.

Erin has helped me with pricing, my website and networking with galleries and consultants to expand my market.  From her deep experience as an art dealer and gallery manager, she knew which programs were good for where I am in my career resulting in my work remaining in high public regard.  She posts my work in engaging ways on her well heeled social media account which includes terrific connections.

I appreciate these many aspects with which Erin enrichens my business and profitability, as well as her efforts enable me to have more time in the studio and be more contented as  a working artist. I also appreciate Erin as a person, she is genuinely caring and supportive of the whole of my environment. She has become a trusted friend and confidant, always inspiring me to be my best self.

Working with Erin has been by far the best decision. Her vision, perspective, and knowledge of the art world are invaluable. Her contributions on operational issues are constant, but what I value the most is the possibility of brainstorming new ideas, series, and her fabulous contribution, professionalism, and sincerity.

Working alongside Erin has undoubtedly been a game-changer.
