The artwork chosen for this exhibition is centered on the idea of California and that feeling that one has in being here. The memories, the clicheness, the advancements and growth of a region that has enticed many and continues to lure individuals to its golden coast and varied terrains. Four artists appear in California Sentiment, painters Jeff Peters and Jay Bell and photographers Roy Porello and John Humble. Based in Southern California, each artist brings their own unique take on the emotional quality and temperament of the region.
